I had so much fun doing the Water Running Combo set w/ Gavin & Eduard on Sunday that I decided to incorporate water running into today’s workout - splitting up my 60 min of running between land and water. I parked my car @ the pool and headed out for a 30 min land run – pretty straight forward. I got back to my car, grabbed my gear and headed to the pool to begin my swim workout:

w/u & my 5 drills

1 x 300   pulls w/ fins  (:20ri)
6 x 50     fast  (:15ri)
1 x 300   pulls w/ fins  (:20ri)
4 x 50     fast  (:15ri)
2 x 300   pulls w/ fins & DragSox  (:20ri)
2 x 50     fast  (:15ri)

I spent the next 30 min water running and squeezing in a  1 x 100  backstroke kick w/ fins & DragSox somewhere in the middle.
