San Francisco Marathon Water Running with DragSox Workout 10

This is my yesterday’s workout (May 16th). I felt tired and slow!

  • WU + drills = 20 min

  • 45 min of water running with double DragSox (DragSox 45 and DragSox 30). I think I managed to cover 250 yards in this time! It felt like I was standing in one place.

  • 3 x 200 pull with VoloBlades 45, first two with DragSox 45; @ RI 0:15

  • 3 x (50 fast kick with DragSox 30 + 50 easy)

  • Cool Down
