The San Francisco Marathon 2011
Last April I decided to undergo an experiment. I wanted to see if a person could prepare for a marathon by water running with DragSox™ as the primary training. I would be the guinea pig, running with DragSox in the pool and only running on land, once a week. I had run 2 marathons before,…

DragSox vs Running Shoes
If you are still using running shoes as a power training tool in the pool, I highly recommend giving DragSox® a try. I guarantee that after you try them, you will never swim in running shoes again. San Francisco Marathon Water Running with DragSox Workouts 11-15
I have been sick for about a week and as a result I had to reduce my training. In the last five workouts I only managed to get two longish water runs (about 45 min each) and the rest were various combo sets. Hopefully, I can get back to full training this week.
