    I have been sick for about a week and as a result I had to reduce my training. In the last five workouts I only managed to get two longish water runs (about 45 min each) and the rest were various combo sets. Hopefully, I can get back to full training this week.

    This is my yesterday’s workout (May 16th). I felt tired and slow! WU + drills = 20 min 45 min of water running with double DragSox (DragSox 45 and DragSox 30). I think I managed to cover 250 yards in this time! It felt like I was standing in one place. 3 x 200 pull…
