  • San Francisco Marathon Water Running with DragSox Workouts 11-15

    I have been sick for about a week and as a result I had to reduce my training. In the last five workouts I only managed to get two longish water runs (about 45 min each) and the rest were various combo sets. Hopefully, I can get back to full training this week.
